The problem
A new car-rental brand needed a full product — renter app, owner onboarding and an operations admin — without a large tech team or budget.
What I did
Defined the product and flows for two users: car owners and renters.
Designed owner onboarding, KYC, trips, incidents, challans and damage workflows, plus admin views.
Planned anti-fraud live tracking, credit-score-based security deposits and real OTP login.
Built the iOS and Android apps, admin panel and website with Claude Code, and deployed them.
How AI helped
Claude was my engineering partner for code, architecture decisions (GPS tracking, OTP, hosting) and vendor research, which let one designer ship four products.
Outcome
Live on Google Play and the App Store.
