The problem
HR needed birthday and welcome posts almost every day, and each one went through a designer. Simple, repetitive work was blocking design time.
What I did
Spotted the pattern and proposed the tool on my own.
Turned the approved post templates into fixed components.
Designed and built a 5-step flow: upload photo → crop → background cut-out → look → name, then download a 1920 × 1080 PNG. Recent posts stay available for 24 hours for edits.
Presented it to HR and senior management.
How AI helped
Built the tool with Claude Code from my Figma templates.
Outcome
HR now makes these posts on their own, and designers spend that time on product work.
